Go to the nearest Harley shop - get some belt dressing - spray the sides of the belt - chirping will stop.
If you want to do some "wrenching" - clear the decks and pull some covers - you have a tiny belt allignment problem - usually not worth fixing - but with the cost of belts and if you enjoy tinkering - get a long straight edge and make sure the rear wheel and front pulleys are perfectly aligned.
Or just ignore it - the chirping will come and go with moisture - after a rain mine tends to chirp a bit more.
